Refund Policy – Dotpilot s.r.o.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through Dotpilot s.r.o., ID No. 23995912, VAT No. CZ23995912, registered office: Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic (“Dotpilot”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
- Non-Refundable Digital Products
Dotpilot sells unique, non-returnable digital assets, primarily internet domain names and related brand packages.
Because domain names are permanently transferred or activated and cannot be returned after Delivery, all sales are final once Delivery has taken place.
“Delivery” includes, without limitation:
- transfer to the customer’s registrar,
- change of registrant,
- handover of an authorization (EPP/Auth) code,
- DNS configuration confirming customer control.
After Delivery, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
- Refunds Before Delivery
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- the domain cannot be delivered due to technical, registry, or administrative reasons; or
- the payment was unauthorized or fraudulent.
In all other cases, the purchase is considered final.
- No Money-Back Guarantee
Dotpilot does not offer a money-back guarantee for domain purchases, leases, or brand packages.
By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges the irreversible nature of digital asset transfers.
